This beautiful minimal Villa is situated in Agios Nikolaos port, just 150m away from the sea and near numerous mini markets and restaurants. The area is characterized by the mountain village of Volimes, a small settlement of a few hundred residents, surrounded by mountains with evergreen forests.

The Villa measures 135sqm and can accommodate up to 10 guests. There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms equipped with showers. The bedrooms can sleep 8 guests, and the additional 2 persons can sleep on the aesthetically unique built sofas in the living room. There are also two additional Wc (with the one located outdoors!).

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, one Wc, a bedroom with a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a double/twin bedroom – and, of course, an en-suite bathroom. Every room features its own furnished veranda.

Walking up the stairs to the first floor, you will find the other two bedrooms, which feature a queen-sized bed and two single ones, respectively. Of course, each bedroom has its own veranda and en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor spaces are carefully designed, tended and furnished, with the spectacular swimming pool and children’s pool surrounded by sunbeds, parasols and outdoor showers. The built Bbq with the sheltered outdoor dining area offer a unique chance to prepare tasty foods and enjoy them by the pool and the Ionian Sea.

The property is fully equipped with alarm system and Cctv. There is private parking for two vehicles. Air conditioning units are fitted throughout with both hot and cold settings. Full double glazing with bug screens conveniently fitted on all doors and windows.
