The etate is in a single compact body, with the core of the buildings at the center. It is a few km from the center of Montalcino.

The house is a classic rural structure from the beginning of the 1800s. The interior is a perfect compromise between the Tuscan tradition and the needs of high technology and sanitary rules, indispensable for having a very high quality product.
A shed integrated in the nearby wood completes the cellars part with the shelter of the machinery on one side, and the storage of the bottles on the other. The latter is isolated at a constant temperature of 16 ° C. Two small semi-renovated annexes, useful as a closet, complete the buildings.
In addition, a project to extend the cellar was made, almost totally underground; the project has been approved, but the license has not been withdrawn.
